When can I watch Joseph?

We are preparing our first cinematic Bible story. Discover Joseph and join the waitlist to hear when the App is available. Our films use AI-generated imagery and audio, with creative direction and editing by Lampglow.

How do I restore purchases?

In Lampglow, open Me → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase, and sign in to the Lampglow account linked to it. If access is still missing, contact support with your store order ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lampglow → Cancel Subscription. You can also open Apple subscription settings.

On Android, open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lampglow → Cancel subscription. Make sure the correct Google Account is selected. You can also open Google Play subscriptions.

Access continues until the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the App or your Lampglow account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by the store where you purchased.

How do I delete my account or leave the waitlist?

Follow our account deletion instructions. For waitlist removal, email support@lampglow.app from the address you registered. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Are AI answers the same as Scripture?

AI answers can be inaccurate. Scripture cards use the exact Berean Standard Bible text with book, chapter and verse references. Check the cited passage and discuss questions of faith with your pastor or church.
