Lampglow provides Bible stories, Scripture reading and audio, daily devotions, prayers and Bible questions. Contact support@lampglow.app about your data.

Accounts and personal information

You may begin with an anonymous Supabase account. It has an identifier even when you have not supplied an email. You can link Apple, Google or email when available to keep access across devices. An unlinked guest account may be lost after uninstalling or clearing its session.

We store questionnaire answers, reminder preferences, plan start date, completed journey steps, saved verses and highlights, watched episode progress, conversations and support requests with your account. Your answers may reveal religious beliefs or personal struggles; only share what you want to provide. Local storage supports fast and offline access. Supabase hosts authentication and the database; access rules restrict personal records to their account.

Bible questions

OpenRouter and its model provider process the questions and conversation context needed to answer, including a verse, episode, devotion or prayer you are viewing. Answers are AI generated and are not end-to-end encrypted messages. Avoid submitting confidential information you do not want processed by these services. Exact Scripture cards use the Berean Standard Bible.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple and Google process App purchases. Superwall presents subscription offers and helps manage purchase status. We retain transaction identifiers and subscription status to provide access, restore purchases, reconcile refunds and prevent abuse; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Sentry receives error diagnostics and technical information such as platform, App version and request failures to help us fix problems. We use installation verification, request limits and credit records to prevent misuse. Notifications and widgets use your device's permissions and locally prepared content.

Website and waitlist

The waitlist collects your email, optional source and film selection, and submission time. Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated abuse. A repeated email submission does not create a second entry. Email support@lampglow.app to request removal from the waitlist. YouTube embeds and links are supplied by YouTube and follow its privacy practices when you load or visit them.

Deletion and retention

Delete an anonymous or linked account in Me → Settings → Account, or request help at support@lampglow.app. Deletion instructions explain the process. Deletion removes the account and its associated personal records and conversations from our active service. Limited billing, security and deletion-confirmation records may remain to reconcile transactions, prevent abuse, comply with obligations or complete cleanup. Provider-held copies follow the provider's retention practices. Files already shared or downloaded are not removed from other devices by deleting your account.

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
