These terms apply to Lampglow, a Bible story and daily faith habit service. By using Lampglow, you agree to use it lawfully and respect other people's rights. Questions: support@lampglow.app.

Your account and content

You can start with an anonymous account and link a supported sign-in method later. Keep your sign-in secure. Unlinked guest access may be lost when its local session is removed. You retain rights in the questions and notes you submit and permit processing needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Berean Standard Bible text and the identified BSB audio recordings are public domain. Lampglow's films, artwork and other original content have their own rights. App access does not grant permission to redistribute the films or other protected assets. Adaptation notes on each story distinguish film interpretation from Scripture.

Bible guide and availability

The Bible guide is AI, not a pastor. Answers can be inaccurate; check the cited Scripture and discuss matters of faith with your pastor or church. The guide does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial assistance. Features and content depend on network, device and service availability.

Do not submit unlawful material, attempt to access another person's account or bypass service limits. Free Bible reading and chapter audio do not require a subscription. Free Bible questions have a daily allowance; an answer from our fallback library is identified and does not consume an allowance.

Lampglow Pro subscriptions

Pro unlocks the paid film episodes, daily devotional and prayer listening, offline episode downloads and unlimited questions subject to service protections. Product prices, trial eligibility, billing period and renewal terms appear in the store offer before purchase. A trial converts to the shown paid subscription unless cancelled through your store before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store subscription settings. Manage or cancel through the store where you purchased. Restore access from Me → Restore purchases using the same store account.

Deleting your Lampglow account does not cancel a subscription. Store refund and cancellation processes remain separate. See account deletion before ending your use.
